woowey is a monthly website and business-system service for businesses. You tell us what you need, and the woowey team builds your website, booking system, online store or back office, then looks after it every month. You never build it yourself.

How much does a website with woowey cost?

woowey starts at ฿416 a month when paid yearly (Starter plan), or ฿499 a month paid monthly. There are 4 plans: Starter · Pro · Growth · Scale. Every plan includes servers, SSL, daily backups and monthly care.

How long does it take to get my website?

You see your site 1 minute after you pay. The woowey team then finishes it for launch: Starter 1-3 days, Pro 3-7 days, Growth 1-2 weeks, Scale 2-4 weeks.

Do I have to build the website myself?

Accepted Answer

No. The woowey team does all of it. You tell us what you want, look at the real thing, point at what to change, and approve it to go live on your own domain.

What if what I need isn't on your list?

Tell us anyway. The woowey team works out how it can be done. If it goes beyond your plan, we quote it separately or suggest a bigger plan before we start.

Can woowey build a system around how my business works?

Yes. The Scale plan includes a back office designed around your own workflow, such as multiple branches, inventory or connections to outside systems. Tell us how your business runs.

Can I edit my website myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on every plan. Change text, images and prices through your admin page whenever you like, without waiting for the woowey team.

Can I add a booking system or online store later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tell us what to add and woowey builds on your existing site, with the same customers and data. If it goes beyond your plan, you can move up at any time.

What does woowey take care of after launch?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes monthly changes, daily backups and updates for the life of your plan. Send what you want changed on LINE; we confirm how long it takes before we start. Bigger work is quoted separately or covered by moving up a plan.

Who owns the data and the domain?

Accepted Answer

You do. The domain, the payment account and every customer record belong to you. Ask for an export at any time, at no cost.

I already have a website. Can I move it to woowey?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The woowey team migrates your pages, content and domain as part of your plan, with no extra fee.

How much does the woowey AI assistant cost?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes 100-2,000 AI credits a month. An everyday question uses a fraction of a credit. Run out and you can top up, from 300 credits for ฿300 (before VAT).

Can I switch plans?

Accepted Answer

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle.

Question 14

How do I pay, and is there a minimum term?

Accepted Answer

By card or PromptPay. Monthly: the first payment covers the minimum term before handover (3 months, Scale 6), then month by month. Yearly: one payment, pay 10 months and use 12.
